Refund and Rescheduling Policy

At Sachin B Rao, we’re committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences through our online workshops. We understand that plans can change, and we want you to feel confident about registering with us.

1. Rescheduling Requests

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may request to shift to another available batch.
To be eligible, please contact us at least 15 minutes before the first session begins.
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in upcoming batches.

2. How to Request

To request a change, simply email connect@sachinbrao.com or contact us on whatsapp with:

• Your full name

• A copy of your payment receipt

• The workshop name and preferred new batch (if known)

We’ll review your request and confirm the next available batch.

3. Refunds

Since these are live, interactive workshops, we currently do not offer refunds once the session has started or access has been granted.
However, if you’re unable to attend, we’ll do our best to accommodate you in a future batch.
